Anna Lorene Mollenkamp, 90, passed away on January 31, 2023 at the Ness County Hospital in Ness City, Kansas.  She was born on January 30, 1933 in LaCrosse, Kansas the daughter of Conrad and Katherine (Kraft) Bauer.

Anna was a homemaker. She was a member of the Arnold United Methodist Church, Ransom VFW Auxiliary, and officer in charge of the Arnold Post Office. She loved all types of needlework, especially knitting. She married Eugene Mollenkamp on May 16, 1954. He died on August 18, 2007.

Survivors include son, Jim Mollenkamp of Arnold; daughter, Melody Wendland of Topeka; sister, Verda Ochs of Arnold; and 2 grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene Mollenkamp; 7 brothers, and a sister.

Cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to the United Methodist Church of Arnold.
