Cheryl Ann Stecklein Griffin, age 68, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Hutchinson Regional Hospital, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born on August 7, 1945 in Ransom, Kansas the daughter of Edward and Lydia Pfannenstiel Stecklein.

She was a member of Holy Cross Church, Hutchinson. Before her illness Cheryl worked as a secretary for the Kansas Tranportation Commission.

On April 24, 1965 she married Larry Griffin. He survives of the home. Other survivors included her son Darrin Griffin, Salina; two grandsons, Lane and Wyatt Griffin; and her brother, Father Warren Stecklein, Larned.

Rosary and Parish Vigil will be on Friday, November 29, 2013, 6:30 pm at Sacred Heart Church, Ness City. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, November 30, 2013, 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church with burial following in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ness City.

Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City on Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the Sacred Heart Church, Ness City.
