Clyde T. McCracken, 70, passed away on November 11, 2022, at his home in Ness City, Kansas. He was born on December 13, 1951, in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Donald and Danna (Ulrich) McCracken.

It was in this role over the next 10 years that he grew to learn about the community and developed a deep appreciation for it. He then served as administrator at Ness County Hospital for 20 years before transitioning to general construction for the final 18 years of this life.
He was a member of First Baptist Church in Ness City. He served on the Board of Directors for Camp Galilee, a Christian retreat center on Lake Bull Shoals in the Ozarks.
It was Clyde's love for God and faith in Jesus Christ that brought him the greatest joy and hope. He now resides in the presence of his heavenly Father for eternity, no longer living by faith but seeing and experiencing that which was previously faith alone.
