Conrad E. Edwards, 78, passed away on December 16, 2024 at the Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He was born on October 8, 1946 in Ransom, Kansas the son of Orvil and Lenora (Bauer) Edwards.

C. E. graduated from Beeler High School and later was a helicopter pilot in the United States Army. He also flew helicopters to offshore drilling platforms.

Survivors include his 2 children, son, Bret Edwards of Puyallup, WA; daughter, Amy Sutton of Emporia, KS; and a brother, Ronald Edwards. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Earl and Bessie Edwards formerly from Beeler, KS and Conrad and Katy Bauer formerly from Arnold, KS.

A graveside service will be on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at the Beeler Cemetery at 10:30 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Olin Cole American Legion Post No. 392.
