Dolores A. Schugart, age 75, passed away on December 12, 2012 at Via Christi Medical Center, Wichita. She was born October 17, 1937 in Barton County the daughter of John and Josephine Lamatsch Boor.

She was a 1955 Odin High School graduate. She delivered Meals on Wheels and was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and Altar Society. She was a member of the Frank Stull Post 152 American Legion Auxiliary serving as Secretary and also the Secretary, Treasurer, and Past-President of District 8 ALA and Past Department of Kansas Chaplain ALA, a member of the American Legion Riders Chapter 392, and served as secretary of the Ness County Historical Society. She will be sadly missed by family and the community.

On May 22, 1957 she married Alvin Schugart in Odin, Kansas. He survives.

Other survivors include son, Jim and Kim Schugart - Bazine; daughter, Carol and Eric Pfannenstiel - Great Bend, sister, Joan Luebbers; Sister-in-law, Corrine Boor; 2 step-grandchildren, Stephanie Elzey (Joey) and Matt Roth (Joey), and four step-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Rich Boor.

Rosary will be led on Friday at 6:30 P.M followed by the Parish Vigil at 7:00 PM The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, December 15 at 10:00 A.M., all at the Sacred Heart Church, Ness City. Burial in the Bazine Cemetery.

Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. and at the church from 5:00 until service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Ness County Historical Society, Frank Stull American Legion Auxiliary, and the Altar Society.
