Donald Goodfellow Davis, 91, passed away on July 13, 2017 at his home in Louisburg, Kansas. He was born on July 16, 1925 in Ness City, Kansas the son of Marshall and Jane (Goodfellow) Davis.

He was a teller and cashier for the First State Bank, Ness City and a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during World War II. He married Agnes Musbach on Saturday, September 3rd, 1955, in Ness City, Kansas. She died September 16, 2004.

Don is survived by his son, Jeff and Linda Davis, Louisburg; daughters, Diane and Steve Suppes, Great Bend, Dawn Leigh Samuelson-Scharff, Wichita; sister, Marilyn and Don Harless, Ness City; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sister, Ruth Jarvis.

Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City. Burial in the Ness City Cemetery. Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with the family present from 6-8 pm.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Ness County Historical Society.
