Donald Lee Gabel, 57, passed away on November 7, 2020 at his home in Ness City, Kansas.  He was born on February 20, 1963 in Ness City, Kansas the son of Milton and Reita (Bessel) Gabel.

Donnie was a "Jack of all Trades". He worked in the oil field, at a meat packing plant, and tinkered on engines. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include 5 brothers, Ronnie and wife, Marcia of Ness City, Terry of Ellis, Tim of Gardner, Gary and wife, Rhonda of Kansas City, Kelly and wife, Monica of Hays; and 2 sisters, Debbie Overocker of Garden City, Sharon and husband, Norman Castor of Ness City.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 sisters, Thersa Gabel, and Brenda Zeller.

A private family graveside service will be at a later date.
