Dorothy Doucet Guidry's Obituary
Dorothy Doucet Guidry, age 80, passed away at her home in McCracken, Kansas on November 16, 2013.
She was born August 2, 1933 in Lafayette, Louisiana, the daughter of Jean and Olivia (Dugas) Doucet.
On May 20, 1951, she married Lester J. Guidry. He preceded her in death on February 20, 2002. She retired from the Michael Garman Gallery in the 1993.
She is survived by her daughter, Charmaine (Robert) Wolfe, McCracken, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Lester Guidry Jr.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held 11:00 am, Saturday Nov 23, 2013 at the McCracken City Building, McCracken, KS. At 11:00 the rosary will be recited in French, followed by shared memories and a reception.
Memorial contributions may be given to McCracken Fire/EMT Volunteer Department, McCracken, KS.
