Obituary

Eunice Mae Blakely, age 72, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 8, 2015. She was born on April 30, 1942 in Dodge City, Kansas the daughter of Albert and Marie Hipple Greenwood.

She was a homemaker and owner of Cline Drilling. Eunice was a member of the United Methodist Church, Beeler and the Beeler Community Friendship Circle.

On July 9, 2000 she married Max Blakely in Oakley, Kansas. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her son, Rick Lee (Crystal), Beeler, Kansas; three daughters, Donave Yarmer (Melvin), Albert, Kansas, Julie Yarmer, Russell, Kansas, and Valisa Wagner (Scott), Denver, Colorado; 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Diana Faye Lee.

Funeral service will be on Thursday, February 12, 2015, 10:30 A.M. at the United Methodist Church, Beeler. Burial will follow in the Beeler Cemetery. Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City on Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. with the family present from 7-9 P.M. that evening. The casket will be closed.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Beeler Cemetery Fund, Beeler United Methodist Church or the Central Care Cancer Center, Great Bend. Words of sympathy and support may be left for the family by clicking on the "Sign Guest Book" link above.
