Frances Roe's Obituary
Frances Roe, age 96 died Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Cedar Village, Ness City, Kansas. Born March 12, 1914 in Canton, Oklahoma the daughter of John and Kate Laubach Humburg.
She was a beautician and a long time resident of Kansas City, Missouri. She moved to Ness City in 2008 to be near family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Roe and 10 brothers and sisters: Otto, Elmer, John, Frank, Lilliam Patchen, Rose Laubach, Emma Flemming, Elsie Humburg, Dora Swier, and Irene "Peggy" Smith.
A Memorial service will be held at Cedar Village on Sunday, March 28, 2010, 2:15 pm with Rev. Russell King, Pastor First Baptist Church presiding. Inurnment in the Forrest Hill-Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions of the donor's choice may by sent to Fitzgerald Funeral Home, PO Box 96, Ness City, Kansas.
