Obituary

Gary Miner Antenen, 78, died April 25, 2010, at his home in Ness City. He was born January 9,1932, in Ness City, the son of Clarence Edward and Margaret Miner Antenen
Gary graduated from Ness City High School and Kansas State University where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He was an officer in the United Stales Air Force serving in French Morocco from 1954 to 1957.
On February 14,1953, he married Joy Mishler. To this union three children were born, one son, Kyle and two daughters, Kim and Karma.
Gary was a farmer his entire adult life and took great pride in his stewardship of the land.
Gary was a 32 Decree Mason and served as the Grand Master of the Walnut Valley Lodge. He was a member of Pheasants Forever and an avid supporter of conservation.
He is survived by his loving companion and caregiver, Linda Partridge, his children, four grandchildren and sister, Jean Rumble and family from Great Bend, Kansas,.

Services will be at the United Methodist Church, Ness City, Thursday, April 29, 201, 11:00 AM with Reverend Mark Chambers officiating. Friends may call Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am until 9pm, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Prairie or the Ness County Bank Building Foundation.
