Helen Mae Faulkender, age 77, passed away at Cedar Village Long Term Care, Ness City, Kansas on February 14, 2014.
She was born on March 27, 1936 in Hill City, Kansas, the daughter of Frank and Opal Gill Keiswetter.
On April 10, 1955 she married Gerald Dee Faulkender in Phillipsburg, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1985.
She is survived by her son, Shell Ray Faulkender, Pembroke Pines, FL; daughters, Jeanna Dee Wasinger, Ness City; Sophie Lou (Rick Lee) Stoecklein, Ness City; brothers, Virgil and Alvin Keiswetter; sister, Lavern McCoy; grandchildren, Amber Dee DeWald, Garett Ray Faulkender, Chelsea Mae Faulkender, Kylie Kay Stoecklein, Kenzie Lynn Stoecklein, Cody Lee Stoecklein; and great-grandchild, Hailyn Kennedy DeWald.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Boyd, Cecil, and Dewayne Keiswetter; and son-in-law, Dale Wasinger.
Friends may sign the memorial book at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Monday, February 17, 9 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Celebration of life will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014, 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church, Ness City.
Memorial contributions may be given to Cedar Village Long Term Care, Ness City; or United Methodist Church, Ness City.
