Jacquelyn Renee Foos, age 59, passed away at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas, on June 13, 2014.

She was born on March 24, 1955 in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of Vern Jack and Rogena Crottinger Gibbs.

She was a registered nurse, working many years at the Ness County Hospital, where she was a member of the Ness County Hospital Registered Nurse Club. She was also a member of the Altar Society in Ness City.

On November 4, 1994, she married Steven Foos in Bazine, Kansas.

Survivors include her husband Steven; daughters Chyrisse (Kyle) Leiker, Hays, KS; Mandy (Shawn) Lawson, Hays; brother, Curtis Gibbs; sister, Sabrena Clinebell; grandchildren, Kaiden, Kennedy, and Karson Leiker, and Jackson and Greyson Lawson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Mary Ann Hertel; and infant brother, Brian Gibbs.

Viewing will be 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17 with visitation 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday.

Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 18, 10:30 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church, Ness City.
