Jane M. Roehl's Obituary
Jane M. Roehl, age 81, passed away at Carriage House, Greensburg, Kansas, on May 9, 2015.
She was born on July 21, 1933 in Hillsboro, Kansas, the daughter of Edward and Neva Osborn Ruffhead.
She was a member of Eastern Star and the First Baptist Church, Ness City, Kansas. She enjoyed bingo, Jigsaw and crossword puzzles, and cheeseburgers.
On July 29, 1953 she married Raymond Roehl in Cimarron, Kansas
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Dennis) Graves, St. John, KS, Carolyn (Ronnie) Keeton, Bucklin, KS; sister, Ann Pfannenstiel, Ness City, KS; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Neva "Susie" Jane Roehl, Eileen McClain; son, Eddie Ray Roehl; and cousin, Beth Ridley who was raised with Jane.
Viewing will be at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 13, 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M., and Thursday, May 14, 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. with family present 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. on Thursday.
Funeral service will be at First Baptist Church, Ness City, Friday, May 15, 10:30 A.M.
Burial at Ness City Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Jane Roehl Memorial for Special Needs Children.
