Joseph Lee Willis, age 41, died July 16, 2020 at the Ness County Hospital, Ness City. He was born on February 13, 1979 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to Linda (Johnson) and Willie Lee Willis.

He graduated in 1997 from Huntingdon High School. In 2007 he moved to Ness City, Kansas where he worked in the oil field. He later worked at Rhode Island Suites, Ransom for three years and then at the Ness County Hospital, Ness City from 2017 until the present.

Joey was a wonderfuly, awsome man. He would help anybody if they needed it. He had a great personality and sense of humor and he was an amazing friend. He will be missed by everyone.

He is survived by Lisa Smith, (girlfried of 12 years); his children, Devan, Colten, Tiana, Jazmyn, and Savannah; his parents, Willie Lee and Linda; sister Tyronza Willis and her husband Tracy; his brother, Brad Willis and his wife Stacie; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Sunday, July 19, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held in Huntingdon, Tennessee at a later date with burial in the Humble Cemetery, Huntingdon.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Educational Fund for his daughters.
