Judith Ann Schwindt, 87, passed away on January 9, 2025, at the Locust Grove Village in LaCrosse, Kansas.  She was born on January 16, 1937, in LaCrosse, Kansas the daughter of Oliver and Ruth (Joseph) Williams.

Judy was a homemaker and a member of the Bazine Methodist Church.  She married Keith Orvis Schwindt on July 9, 1953 in Alexander, Kansas. He passed away on February 17, 2016.

Survivors include her son Rick Schwindt and his wife Rosemarie of LaCrosse; daughters, Renee Scott of Bucklin and Rashell Patten and her husband Greg of Ellinwood; 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, daughter, Raven; brother, Jerry Williams; and son-in-law, Steve Scott.

A graveside service will be on Saturday, January 18, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at the Alexander Cemetery, Alexander, Kansas. Viewing will be on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with visitation from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Golden Belt Humane Society, The Humane Society of the High Plains, or Rush County EMS.
