Lydia Eileen McClain, age 53, passed away April 3, 2012 at her home in Bucklin. She was born on May 10, 1958 in Ness City, Kansas the daughter of Ray and Jane Ruffhead Roehl.
She was the manager of the Midway Inn and a member of the First Baptist Church, both of Dighton, Kansas. On July 22, 1988 she married Robert McClain in Dighton. He survives. Other survivors include her mother; one son, Wesley McClain, Kinsley; her borrowed daughter, Regina Carpenter, Colorado and two sisters Barbara Graves (Denny), St. John and Carolyn Keeton (Ronnie), Bucklin. She was preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Ray Roehl and sister, Neva Jane Roehl.
Memorial service will be Saturday, April 7, 2012, 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church, Ness City with Pastor Russell King presiding. Memorial contributions may be given to Hays Medical Center Foundation, Eileen McClain Memorial.
