Makenzee Kathleen Cupp, age 19, left this world to be with our Lord on March 1, 2021 in LaCrosse, Kansas.
Kenzee was born on August 1, 2001 in Grapevine, Tx, the beautiful daughter of Jess and Denee Reis-Cupp.
At the time of her death, Kenzee was a student at North Central Kansas Technical College in Hays, Ks,. She was working towards graduating from NCK's culinary arts program, and was very well known for her exceptional skills in the kitchen. Kenzee was a 2020 graduate of Ness City High School, where she was involved in FFA, basketball, and school plays. She loved being a youth group counselor at church camp and always wanted to help anyone. Kenzee was also a member of Celebration Church in Hays.
Kenzee leaves behind many to always cherish her memories. Her parents, Jess and Denee Reis-Cupp of Bazine, KS, her grandparents, Jay and Debra Cupp of Nekoma, KS, her grandmother, Donna Reis of Ft. Worth TX, her brother, Jay Alan Cupp and her cousin by blood, but her sister by life, Ava Mae Reis, both from Bazine, KS. She leaves behind her boyfriend whom she loved very much, Ethan Epperson-Seib of Hays, KS as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will forever miss and hold near to their hearts. Kenzee's radiant contagious smile, her joyful, kind spirit, and her love and faith in Jesus inspired everyone who crossed her path. Kenzee we will forever remember you and always celebrate your life.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dennis Alan Reis, great-grandma Bonnie, and cousin, Donald Keith Cox, Jr. .
Memorial service will be on Monday, March 8, 2021, 11:00 a.m., at the Ness City High School Auditorium and Gymnasium, Ness City
Memorial contributions may be given to the Makenzee Cupp Memorial Fund in care of Farmers Bank and Trust, 108 S. Main St., Bazine, Kansas 67516.
Words of sympathy and support may be left for the family by writing in the guest book.
