Myron Gene Rein, age 60, died at his home September 22, 2023.  He was born April 3, 1963 in Ness City the son of Cletus and JoAnn (Dreasher) Rein.

After graduating from Bazine High School in 1981.   Myron worked most of his life in the oil field around Ness County.  He loved sports especially KU basketball and Kansas City Chiefs football.

He is survived by three brothers, Dale of Wichita, Joel (Deneise) of Hutchinson, Alan of Bazine and three sisters, Cindy Rein of Wichita, Patty Legleiter (Neil) of Hays, Julie Roane of WaKeeney and sister-in-law Vonia Rein of Cimarron.  Also, many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Daryl and Brad, and sister, Paula.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
