Obituary

Otto Popp, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Cedar Village, Ness City, Kansas. Born May 21, 1919 in Barton County the son of Peter K. and Pauline Miller Popp. He was a farmer and stockman, a member of the Church of Christ, Ransom and had served as the Ness County Commissioner for 12 years. He is survived by his son, Myron and Minnie Popp, Utica; four daughters, Shirley and Hilton Tokoi, Leoti, Kansas, Joyce Kalson, Wichita, Barbara North, Lubbock, Texas, and Trish Seng, Wichita; one brother Paul Popp; 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Ted, Lester, and Richard. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 19, 2010, 10:30 am at the Church of Christ, Ransom. Burial in the Utica Cemetery. Visitation 9-9 Monday with the family present from 7-8 pm. Memorial contributions may be given to the Church of Christ.
