Robert Lee Wittman, age 79, died on February 28, 2021 at Cedar Village Care Center, Ness City.  He was born on June 5, 1941 on the farm South of Bazine, KS the son of John and Lucinda Tittle Wittman.

Robert was a life-long resident of Bazine where he attended school.  He was a farmer and a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Bazine.

Survivors include his two sons, David Wittman and his wife, Greta, of Dover, NH and Christopher Wittman of Topeka; three daughters, Tina Casey of Newton, Sara Wittman of LaCrosse, and Dolly Wittman of Kansas City; eight grandchildren, Andrew, Jennifer, Kayla, Aubrey, Dylan, Cole, Jett, and Mickey; and his companion, Cheryl Lagle.  He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Ilene Maier and Johnette Schaben and an infant brother, Larry Wittman.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City followed by inurnment in the Bazine Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service on Friday.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Bazine Cemetery Fund.
