Rosalinda C. Gaschler, age 89, passed away April 21, 2013 at the Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas. She was born on January 3, 1924 in Ness County, Kansas the daughter of John and Anna Mary Haas Wasinger.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church, Altar Society, and the American Legion Auxiliary all of Ness City and she worked with her husband at the Gaschler Jewelery.

On August 19, 1946 she married Carl Gaschler in Ness City, Kansas. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1984. She is survived by her son, Dennis Gaschler (Patricia), Manhattan; her two daughters, Carla Tomlin (Adrian), Great Bend and Ann Gaschler, Hays; brother, Paul Wasinger; two sisters, Pauline Witthuhn and Joan VanDegrift all of Ness City; two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; and five step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Nick and Wilbur Wasinger and two sisters, Dorinda Gaschler and Vera Pfannenstiel.

Mass of Christian burial will be on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Church, Ness City followed by burial in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Rosary and Parish Vigil will be on Tuesay, April 23, 2013, 6:00 P.M. at the church. Friends may call Monday from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M and Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.
