Roy Allen Pfaff, 82, passed away on September 13, 2024 at his home in McCracken, Kansas.  He was born on January 11, 1942 in McCracken, Kansas the son of John and Silvina (Hammerschmidt) Pfaff.

Roy was a farmer and rancher. He enjoyed his cows and chickens.  He married Frances Kay Raskopf on October 4, 1961, in LaCrosse, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Kay Pfaff of McCracken; 2 daughters, Susan (Joe) Gabel of LaCrosse, Jennifer Strickler of Ransom; brother, Bennie (Cindy) Boley; 4 sisters, Eileen Backstrom, Betty Miller, Laura Morgan, Becky Kinyon; 5 grandchildren, Caitlin Gabel, Jessica (Marshall) Broberg, Jenna Strickler, Alana Strickler, Rebecca Strickler; and 3 great-grandchildren, Evelyn Broberg, Mya Broberg, and Archer Savage.  He was preceded in death by two children Kimberly Alice Pfaff and Roy Allen Pfaff Jr., his parents; brothers, Ralph, Leon, Walter, Glen Pfaff; sisters Lucille Pfaff, Hazel Opal, Mary Mask and Nancy Pfaff.

A memorial service will be held on September 28, 2024 at Praise Fellowship Church at 11:00 a.m.
