Troy Allen Schneider, 59, passed away on January 22, 2024 at the Cedar Village Care Center in Ness City, Kansas.  He was born on October 28, 1964 in WaKeeney, Kansas the son of Vernon and LaVeta (Rider) Schneider.

Troy was a grain elevator operator for Frontier Ag in Ransom.

Survivors include his life partner, Michelle Horton; 2 sisters, Debbra (Jeff) Jensen of Hillsboro, Tammy (Walter) Knight of Shawnee; 3 grandchildren Madelyn, Kol, Matt; 4 nephews, Bryan Jensen, Christopher Jensen, Tyler Jesen, Cody Knight; and 1 niece, Caytlin Knight.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024, 1:00 P.M., at the Ransom Methodist Church.  Burial in the Ransom Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the National Diabetes Association.
