Velma Louise Schmidt, age 89, passed away in her son's home on Thursday, August 29, 2013. She was born on August 8, 1924 in Ransom, Kansas the daughter of Samuel and Nary Thomas Likes.
In 1952 she married Harry Schmidt. He preceded her in death on October 10, 2011.
Velma is survived by her son, Lynn and his wife Yvonne and by her daughters, Riellel and Sandy.
