Wilma Ann Riebel, 86, passed away on January 6, 2020 at the Ness County Hospital in Ness City, Kansas. She was born on June 16, 1933 in Ness City, Kansas the daughter of Frank and Helen (Dreher) Kreutzer.

Wilma was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and Altar Society. She answered phones and dispatched for Car Mac, Hembree Well Service, Cheyenne Oil, Pickrell Drilling, Harold Schwien Trucking, and Leiker Dirt. She was also a homemaker. She married Victor Riebel on April 14, 1952, in Ness City. He died on October 27, 2018.

Survivors include a son, Perry (Judy) Riebel of Ness City; five daughters, Vickie (Donny) Leiker of Ness City, June (Steve) Stoecklein of Manhattan, Jane (Lester) Stoecklein of Ness City, Randae (Benje) Rufenacht of Ness City, Karen (Ron) Stoecklein of Ness City; a brother, Robert Kreutzer of Leoti; a sister, Clara (Marvin) Dechant of Ness City; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, Jerome and Charlie Kreutzer, a sister, Georgina Gabel, and granddaughter, Tara Ann Riebel.
Rosary and Parish Vigil will be on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, 6:30 P.M. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Thursday, January 9, 2020, 11:00 A.M., at the Sacred Heart Church with burial in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ness City. Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City, Kansas, 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 8.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Cedar Village, or Sacred Heart Cemetery.
