Zena Patricia Scroggins, age 68, died at her home in Brownell, Kansas with her family on April 10, 2019. She was born in Fairmont, West Virginia on March 17, 1951 the daughter of Howard and Betty Alexander Kelley.
A private family cremated remains scattering service will be held at a later date.
